Most signs are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Ready-to-ship signs that are already in stock may ship sooner. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it on its way to you.

Each sign is designed primarily for indoor or covered outdoor display. While every piece is finished for added protection, wood is a natural material and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, moisture, or extreme temperatures may cause fading, warping, or other changes over time. For the longest life, I recommend displaying your sign in a protected area such as a covered porch.

Vinland Collective does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is an error on my part, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Because each piece is handmade and created from natural wood, no two signs will be exactly alike. Wood grain, knots, texture, and slight variations in color or finish are natural and may differ from the photos shown. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Yes! Many Vinland Collective designs can be personalized, and I’m happy to consider custom requests. Available options will vary by design, so please review the individual listing for personalization details. For something more custom, feel free to contact me before ordering to discuss your idea.

Vinland Collective signs are handcrafted from wood selected for each design. Door hangers are made from 1/4" birch plywood, while porch leaners are made from 1/2” sandeply plywood. Raised lettering and decorative wood elements are individually cut from 1/4” birch plywood, painted, and layered by hand. Because wood is a natural material, grain, knots, and other characteristics will vary from piece to piece.
